  • Vacuum Insulation
    The high level of vacuum makes the solar panels light reactive, rather than heat reactive. This allows the solar heating panel to work even on cold and windy days, giving exceptional 'year round' and 'all weather' performance.
  • Reflector
    The Rayotec CPC 6 INOX collector has an external reflector which concentrates radiation into the absorber, thus increasing the effective capture area. This effectively means that the Rayotec CPC 6 INOX can absorb the same amount of solar irradiation as a larger solar heating panel with a traditional design.
  • Absorber
    A 360° glass absorber allows the effective capture of a wide range of wavelengths of radiation and makes the panel virtually independent of the angle of the sun.
  • Aperture Area
    Due to its unique design, the collector has a very high aperture area when compared to its overall area. This allows a greater output per m 2 when compared to many other vacuum solar collectors on the market.

  • Borosilicate Glass
    The Rayotec CPC INOX solar collector tubes are made from borosilicate 3.3 glass, rather than soda glass. This provides them with a much greater level of mechanical strength.
  • Glass Tube Design
    The Rayotec CPC 6 INOX vacuum tubes have been designed to be made completely of glass. This 100% glass design gives a high stability, which is difficult to obtain when multiple materials are sealed together. When different materials are used for sealing, vacuum loss would be at risk, as different materials expand and contract at different rates.
  • Stagnation Temperature
    The overall design, quality of materials used and quality of manufacturing, means that the Rayotec CPC INOX solar collector can withstand a stagnation temperature of up to 295°C. This makes it one of the hardiest solar panels in the market, ensuring long life with a high level of reliability.
