A ready made kit for Wet UFH going under screed - Thermostat not included, to add a thermostat please click here to choose your preferred one.

Our Wet UFH Screed kits are premade so you don’t have to work out the individual components needed for your installation. Rayotec’s screed kit is designed to be installed onto a foiled insulation board and covered by a screed. The kits are best suited to new builds and extensions. They can operate as a primary heat source depending on heat loss of the room and can work with all types of floor coverings including carpet, vinyl, laminate, engineered wood and tiles.

These kits are designed for use in single zones so if you require them to be split into multiple zones you will need to purchase an Actuator and a thermostat per zone as well as a wiring centre. If you are unsure on what would be required then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unlike many of our competitors all of our Kits include our Premium Brass Nickel manifoldsGrundfos pumps and Pert-Al-Pert pipe to ensure you have the best materials available.

You can see how a typical installation would look in our installation guide below.

About our Pert-Al-Pert Pipe

Our Premium Pert-Al-Pert Pipe is a super high quality multi-layered Pipe for use with water underfloor heating

This Premium 5 layer Pert-Al-Pert pipe is used in our warm water underfloor heating kits and offers fantastic suitability for underfloor heating by combining the best elements of a plastic and metal pipe into one product.

The aluminium core provides strength and importantly acts as a barrier to stop oxygen getting into the system which can cause premature wear to the manifold. The aluminium layer also makes the pipe form-stable, making it very easy to work with by eliminating spring back for easier installation.

The majority of customers will go for the 16 x 2mm pipe as this is suitable most installations including under screed and should also be used in our 22mm overlay boards (retrofits) and Aluminium spreader plates (suspended floors). the 12 x 1.6mm should be used when looking to achieve the lowest profile retrofits in combination with our 18mm overlay boards.

Benefits of Pert-Al-Pert pipe

  • 5 layer composite pipe using PE-RT inner and outer layers with a 0.25mm thick edge-welded aluminium core
  • Butted welded manufacturing method
  • Can be formed by hand and maintains its shape- perfect for underfloor heating pipework
  • High temperature resistance- a maximum sustained working temp up to 70°c & maximum transient temperature up to 85°c
  • Manufactured to meet CE & ISO9001 European & International standards

All orders received before 1pm on a weekday will be sent out on a next working day service (i.e. Mon-Fri) at no extra charge.* If it's after 1pm, and you require the goods the next day, then call us on 01932 784848 and we will try our best to send your goods out.

If we have your mobile phone number, you will be messaged in the morning with a 2 hour delivery window. You're also able to login and track the progress of the delivery driver.

Best Practice: Even though the vast majority of goods are delivered on time, there are unfortunately occasions that couriers will get things wrong and it will take 2-3 days. It's always best to order the goods a few days in advance. Once the goods arrive, open the boxes and check that everything is as expected. If you are installing it yourself take time to read the installation guide and feel free to call us with any questions.

Splitting of deliveries: Sometimes the bulkier items (insulation) doesn't fit on the conveyor belt in local transportation depots and therefore have to be manually handled which splits the delivery . The second missing items typically turn up later on the same day or possibly the day after.

*Applies to mainland UK and orders over £100. There may be some delays and extra costs for the Scottish Highlands.

Returns: You can cancel an order up to 14 days after you have received it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us at your own cost. No refunds or exchanges will be made after this date.

All products must be returned unused and in a resellable condition. Mats cannot be unrolled or cut in anyway. If we received goods that are not resellable then we will send it back and a charge for the postage will apply.
