Our Wet UFH Overlay kits are premade so you don’t have to work out the individual components needed for your installation. Rayotec’s Overlay kit includes our overlay panels which are manufactured from high density XPS 300kPa which is thermally insulated, waterproof and covered with a reinforced cement coating and is designed to be installed onto an exisiting subfloor to make retrofitting easier, it can then covered by a flexible latex self levelling compound for a smooth finish to lay your final flooring onto. They can operate as a primary heat source depending on heat loss of the room and can work with all types of floor coverings including carpet, vinyl, laminate, engineered wood and tiles.
These kits are designed for use in single zones so if you require them to be split into multiple zones you will need to purchase an Actuator and a thermostat per zone as well as a wiring centre. If you are unsure on what would be required then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Although these are our Value Kits we have still designed them to include a high quality set of materials so you do not need to worry about getting items that wont live up to your expectations. Our Value kits include our Stainless Steel Manifolds, A Rated Bastion Pump and PE-RT Pipe.

About our Overlay Boards
The panels are ideal for fitting onto solid floors i.e. concrete or screed and also suspended timber floors that have been boarded with suitable floor boarding. The panels are easy to cut and install, and should be laid with the panel joints staggered in a brick bond style. The routed channels are compatible with most flexible low-pressure underfloor heating pipes. The panels are designed for use over existing floors providing a low height build up, insulated floor.
The panels are available for use with 16mm pipes with centres at 150mm. At the end of each panel is a series of pre formed return loops and 3 x routed channels which allow flexibility and versatility for multiple heated zones to be fitted.

About our PE-RT Pipe
Our PE-RT pipe is a lightweight, ultra-flexible pipe that can be used in all types of warm water underfloor heating installations. PE-RT pipe is manufactured to ISO9001 standards ensuring outstanding performance & reliability.
PE-RT pipe consists of 3 layers which is made up of an oxygen barrier (EVOH), a layer of adhesive, and an inner layer of pert pipe.
The oxygen diffusion barrier encases the inner layer of PE-RT pipe completely to prevent the entry of oxygen into the heating system through the pipe. The tough outer layer is designed to withstand the demands of a worksite ensuring the oxygen barrier remains intact, which reduces the risk of corrosion within the heating system.
Key Features:
- Very easy to bend
- High heat transfer
- Lightweight and easier to handle than multi layer pert-al-pert pipe
- Cannot be used above 70°c making it suited for underfloor heating

All orders received before 1pm on a weekday will be sent out on a next working day service (i.e. Mon-Fri) at no extra charge.* If it's after 1pm, and you require the goods the next day, then call us on 01932 784848 and we will
try our best to send your goods out.
If we have your mobile phone number, you will be messaged in the morning with a 2 hour delivery window. You're also able to login and track the progress of the delivery driver.
Best Practice: Even though the vast majority of goods are delivered on time, there are unfortunately occasions that couriers will get things wrong and it will take 2-3 days. It's always best to order the goods a few days in advance. Once the goods arrive, open the boxes and check that everything is as expected. If you are installing it yourself take time to read the installation guide and feel free to call us with any questions.
Splitting of deliveries: Sometimes the bulkier items (insulation) doesn't fit on the conveyor belt in local transportation depots and therefore have to be manually handled which splits the delivery . The second missing items typically turn up later on the same day or possibly the day after.
*Applies to mainland UK and orders over £100. There may be some delays and extra costs for the Scottish Highlands.
Returns: You can cancel an order up to 14 days after you have received it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us at your own cost. No refunds or exchanges will be made after this date.
All products must be returned unused and in a resellable condition. Mats cannot be unrolled or cut in anyway. If we received goods that are not resellable then we will send it back and a charge for the postage will apply.
