Ade has been a developer for over 10 years and specialises in new build properties ranging from terraced houses and single detached homes to blocks of apartments.
He chose to install underfloor heating with strong belief that radiators are now obsolete and have the major disadvantage of taking valuable floor space in a home. The maintenance of an underfloor heating system is almost non existent making it ideal for any developer to want to include in their project. He quotes:

He has been a great client of Rayotec purchasing only the Triple Tube system. With most of his projects involving large quantities of suspended flooring, Ade enjoys the benefit of no extra cost of expensive diffusion plates and time and money spent on dry screeds for between the joists. This means he get the install done quickly and with no mess.
Triple Tube is highly efficient and we believe is easier to install. Besides, the Triple Tube technology provides a more even temperature spread at acceptable costs.
With a tight time schedule on every project, Rayotec has been able to design and supply the goods for large projects at delivery times as short as 2 weeks. Ade has found that the triple tube is a reliable product that can be quickly installed and forgotten about!
We asked if he had any feedback from his clients and they are delighted with the system. He has also recently purchased some thermalstore cylinders from us and will keep us updated on his views on these cylinders.
Ade's most recent projects will involve a block of 19 apartments which will use the ribbon heating mats provided by Rayotec for the reason of cost and installation time and technical back up.
