Key Components: Triple tube heating system.
Peter has been working on creating his 2 story, new build dream home in beautiful Devon. He decided to go against radiators and install the triple tube underfloor heating with all floor finishes being tiled. As underfloor heating works at low temperatures, it meant that Peter could go "green" and went for our solar linked to underfloor heating package.
Peter found the installation of his heating system "very easy" and told us that both his heating engineer and screed layer had no problems at all!
We asked Peter how he finds living with underfloor heating and the performance of his thermalstore cylinder and he responded with:
Works very well, house remains warm and works very efficiently. The thermalstore also works very well, there is hot water on tap as we ran a secondary loop so there is instant supply to all taps. The solar provides about 80% in the summer and at least 40% in winter and then the boiler does the rest!

We asked Peter if he had any final comments to make regarding the system and he responded with:
Once the system is at temperature, we only have 1ºC temperature differential between the inlet and outlet making the triple tube very efficient.
