Mr Henk Muller decided to take on a basement refurbishment in his three storey house. The wooden floor in Henks basement was always cold and damp and underfloor heating seemed like the best solution after laying a damp proof layer. Henk was also pleased he could link his underfloor heating, thermal store and future solar system together, allowing for more energy savings.
When asked how the installation process went he responded:
Installation was relatively painless. The grooved polystyrene insulation boards are fantastically easy to lay out. Mounting the manifold and installing the thermal store was trivial but all doable by myself without the need to get a plumber involved.
Henk also purchased one of our Thermal store cylinders so we asked him how his cylinder was performing and he responded:
After installation I wished I had insulated the wall I put the cylinder against but despite not doing this the cylinder always delivers hot water ,which I find very satisfying. The constant hot water means I can use the cylinder with a water - saving shower head; reducing water consumption and energy.
When asked why Henk chose Rayotec over other supplier he responded:
Price and flexibility! The triple tube is preferable over classic underfloor heating solutions. I found it easy to install and last minute changes to the design prior to installation were hassle free. Working with Rayotec went very well. When I had an issue with a manifold a new one was dispatched right away without dispute.
