The Floor Pack is a sophisticated underfloor heating system that has been designed to provide heating for single zoned screeded or suspended with thermal mass floor areas, perfect for new extensions such as conservatories, kitchens and living space.
The Floor Pack uses the Rayomax pipe which is a multi-layer composite pipe with a diameter of 16mm (18mm for 18m2 Floor Pack). It is made of cross-linked polyethylene with the aluminium longitudinally welded by ultra sonic wave in an overlapping method. The pipe is so strong and resilient that it can withstand temperatures of up to 95°C at 10 bar pressure for 50 years!
Photovoltaic solar heating panels convert light into electricity. This solar power is either used or sold to the electricity grid.

The 18m2 can be connected to most existing radiator circuits. Any other sizes should be connected straight to the boiler.

The manifolds are both small, neat and can be hidden away in an accessible cupboard. It is made from precision matched components with flat seal connections ensuring high quality and reliability. The manifold assembly is only required with larger kits and its size depends on the number of zones and length of Rayomax™ tubing required.

A programmable room thermostat is used to turn the pump on/off according to actual heat demand to maintain programmed room temps. The thermostatic controlled mixing arrangement ensures a low flow temp of the water entering the UFH circuit. |

CADs are available if requested - at a small additional cost. CAD drawing shows the Rayomax pipe layout for a typical office with kitchen and WC. Length of pipe required is calculated from plans to give an accurate quotation and Floor Pack size needed. |
