About Rayomax Underfloor Heating

Rayomax underfloor heating is made up of 3 main components: the tubing, the manifold and the thermostat. Rayotec has grouped together one of the best single pipes (Rayomax PEX-Al-PEX pipe) on the market with an advanced manifold and thermostatic controls to bring you an excellent underfloor heating package

The Manifold

The manifold is the heart of the Rayomax underfloor heating system and controls the temperature of the water going to each zone. They are designed with ease of installation in mind and is manufactured with high quality materials and components which are designed and made by Watts PLC. It is supplied pre-assembled and pressure tested to save installation time and cost. Each zone has its own flow meter to enable your underfloor heating system to be set up and balanced with precision to achieve maximum performance.

The manifold can be connected straight to a boiler or if the optional thermalstore cylinder is used, solar, geothermal, agars and wood-burning stoves

The Rayomax Pipe

The Rayomax underfloor heating pipe is a multi-layer composite pipe with a diameter of 16mm. It is made of cross-linked polyethylene with the aluminium longitudinally welded by ultra sonic wave in an overlapping method. The pipe is so strong and resilient that it can withstand temperatures of up to 95°C at 10 bar pressure for 50 years! There are no joints underneath the floor as the tubing runs in continuous lengths giving users the extra confidence against leaks.

The Thermostat

Rayotec supplies digital thermostats (with timers) in almost every room giving the end user a greater level of control. This extra control reduces running costs and also provides higher level of comfort. With the use of our digital thermostats warm up time will never be an issue; the desired temperature will be set at a specific time and the underfloor heating system will function to the set requirements. The thermostats are fully programmable and allow 7 day settings.
