Beccy Campbell: Electric Ribbon Heating Mat

Beccy lives in a Victorian build and has been working on a renovation project in Chatham, Kent.
One of Beccy's missions in this renovation was to sort out the heating system in her future bathroom. The area for conversion included the toilet room, out door coal shed and bath room. She decided to knock the walls down separating the rooms and making it into one open space. Her next challenge was on finding a way of heating it.
With the available space it seemed an ideal solution to use an electric underfloor heating system. By using it she also benefited from only having to raise the floor by the bare minimum and in turn not lose much head height to the room.
Once installed, we asked Beccy how she felt about having our electric ribbon heating mat and she wrote:
provides enough warmth for the whole room, despite having two large outside walls, easy to install, has not increased electricity bills, great on winter mornings and the cat loves it!
